Privacy Policy

This privacy policy explains what personal data Omorotabi ("we") collects, how we use it, where it's stored, and what rights you have. The data controller is Petras Kimbrys, operating as Omorotabi.

What data we collect

When you submit the inquiry form on this site, we collect:

• your first and last name;
• your email address;
• your travel dates (if known);
• number of travelers;
• selected destinations / interests;
• any additional notes you write freely.

This data is only collected when you actively submit it — the site does not track you outside of the form.

How we use your data

We use it solely to respond to your inquiry, prepare a trip proposal, and communicate with you about planning your travel. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

Where your data is stored

We process inquiry data using the following services:

• Notion (Notion Labs, Inc.) — the database where your submitted information is stored;
• Google / Gmail — to send an automatic confirmation email after you submit an inquiry;
• Cloudflare — website hosting, security, and aggregate, non-identifying traffic analytics;
• n8n — a self-hosted automation tool that processes your inquiry between the form and the email;
• Cal.com — if you choose to book a short call via the calendar embedded on the site.

Cookies and browser storage

• preferred_lang cookie — remembers your chosen language (LT/EN) for 1 year. This cookie is strictly necessary for site functionality and is not used for tracking.
• Inquiry form data is temporarily saved to your browser's localStorage so you don't lose what you typed if the page reloads. This stays on your device only and is cleared automatically once you successfully submit the form.
• We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not set tracking cookies or collect personally identifying data.
• We also use a self-hosted Umami analytics tool for aggregate traffic statistics (pages viewed, referral sources). It likewise does not set tracking cookies or collect personally identifying data.

Retention period

We keep inquiry data for as long as needed to communicate with you about your trip, or until you ask us to delete it.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your data, and to request data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below.

Data security

We rely on established service providers (Notion, Google, Cloudflare) and aim to limit access to your data to what's necessary to handle your inquiry.
